![]() I can only assume they are waiting and thinking maybe a new person will be in the position and just send them money. It's been ALMOST 2 years now since the original (July of 2021) and it's still popping up in my email every so often. I pulled out my string of emails and spend hours back and forth again across about a week until finally they were like "oh yeah, you're right." 6 months later.same story. 6 months later they came after me for the duplicate shipment payment. ![]() Strings and strings of emails ensued after which they finally said "oh yeah, we see, yes, your account is clear." I stopped using them, of course as that was the last straw. After trying to get them to refund the duplicate, I eventually disputed the credit card charge (thank goodness I paid with credit card!). This experience has been a costly lesson in the perils of dealing with an unreliable and unprofessional company.īilled me twice for the same shipment, still coming after me 2 years later!īilled me twice for the same shipment, inadvertently paid both freight bills before realizing it was a duplicate shipment. I am absolutely done with SAIA, and I urge anyone considering their services to think twice before entrusting them with your precious cargo. I cannot express my disappointment and frustration strongly enough. It's as if they deliberately sabotaged our shipments and gouged us with exorbitant charges. ![]() The trust and reliability we once enjoyed have been shattered beyond repair. I've reached my breaking point with SAIA. It's hard to believe that a professional shipping company could be so careless and reckless with our valuable cargo. Our customers received shipments with loose, damaged, and even missing products. Pallets that once held our products securely were now cut open, and the aftermath was nothing short of a disaster. SAIA quite literally took a chainsaw to our pallets. These charges seemed entirely bogus and unjustified, leaving us feeling cheated and frustrated. We were slammed with rebills for every single shipment, and the amounts were astronomically higher than the quotes we received. It's as if SAIA suddenly forgot how to do business. However, the tide turned dramatically in the past month. They delivered shipments on time, and our pallets reached our customers in pristine condition, without a single rebill. Initially, my interactions with SAIA were excellent. In the past 90 days, I entrusted them with my business worth a staggering $72,792.98, consisting of 153 shipments. I have been working with SAIA for the past few months, and I must say that my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
